I know, I know, I know, saying the words "Ron Artest in trouble" is no longer breaking news, but this latest tidbit doesn't involve him starting war on a court, releasing a rap album, or harming an animal.
Or making it rain. (Pacman's got that arena covered.)
Hmmmm ... so what bizarre/controversial feat is left for him to accomplish?
Well, it looks like Ron-Ron has gone Lifetime television on us, and was arrested for allegedly hitting his wife.
That's never a good look for anyone, but especially not a good look for the Sacremento Kings star who has been "excused from the team" indefinitely. God only knows when we will see him in a Sacremento jersey again.
What's really sad about this (you know, other than him beating a woman), is that I don't think anyone is really shocked or surprised by Artest's latest incident, especially after he revealed his favorite quote in his recent advice column for Dime Magazine:
My favorite quote is "I'ma smack the [expletive] out of you."
How's that for profound?
It's also worth noting that according to Ben Maller, Artest's wife smashed his white Hummer windshield with a frying pan ... while he was still in the SUV. Oh, those crazy kids. I can't wait till this story hits Lifetime as the movie of the week.
If the Kings don't want him back, I'm sure the folks in Cell Block D have a roster spot for him.

What a low life. Just a matter of time, before he kills somebody. A ticking bomb, waiting, waiting and then boom. We don't know, if drugs or maybe a mental problem is lingering in his past.

Yes ,It's sad to see Mr. Artest go thur what he is going thur. It's common knowledge Mr. Artest have some issues and takes medication for this condition. so I am told. This young man needs someone to manage his life that loves him and is not just there for the money. some one needs to introduce him to Christ.

Ron has a problem, he needs help and is to proud to get it he is like a lot of young black males who think it's ok to say and do what they want when they get some money and don't no how to handle it.

Actually, Nothing that Ron Artest does surprises me. I mean it's bad enough that he can't drop a rap album let alone his style on the court. Maybe Ron-Ron has a case of Bipolar, DID, PPD, OPP, or whatever he has going on in there. But homey really needs to get his act together for real or his career--mainly his life--will be over.

It's obvious he needs help!! But will he get it? I am so disappointed!! Ron has officially made a bigger a$$ out of himself & lost his job. He has a career most dream about & he screws it up...TYPICAL! Any male that has to hit a woman is a weak punk! What is up with this brother & when will the crap end with him?? Once again people are putting down a black man in a domestic violence, without knowing all the information. All these charges are alleged. It sounds like Ron Artest and his wife were doing things they both should not have been doing. A man should never hit a woman, unless his safety is in immediate danger(knife,gun, or weapon). Hopefully all these allegations are false. Ron Artest might be crazy but throwing a frying pan at a car windshield, while someone is in it does not sound like a menatlly stable person either.
