She goes on to tell the operator Ron-Ron is taking the car due to the tiny fact she "broke his windshield."
The next weird moment comes when the bewildered operator asks, "Do you need medical help?"
Her answer: "No."
It's a rather strange conversation with 911, but then again the police have been to the Artest house five times since August, so maybe Mrs. Artest and emergency services are simply just old pals at this point.

When I heard the tape, it sounds as though she wasn't going to bring up the domestic violence issue until the operator told her that he could in fact take the car (since it was in both of their names). Sounded more like a "I'll prove to you that I'll call the police" type of call. I'm definately not condoning domestic violence, but did she really believe that he'd be happy about her smashing the windshield of his car? Give me a break!

How dare she call in a fake domestic violence call over a car! Does she realize how many women struggle to make that call every day, women who sincerely need help. Please sister! Domestic violence is a major issue, not a game played for a damn car.

This does not sound like a domestic violence issue. I don't believe he hit her. Couples argue and disagree all the time. People who cry wolf, make it more difficult for the true victims, the real victims to really get help and service when they are needed. She wasted the time of the 911 operator, who could have been actually "helping" someone who was truly in need of his service.

It really upsets me to know that black women will jeapordize their black mans career over an arguement and risk their childrens stability and quality of life over material things. There are enough black men sitting in jail for crimes they did not commit to have their own wives or family falsely accuse them and have them put in jail for domestic violence when they themselves are the ones who committed the first criminal act. This sister really should get some couseling on being a real woman/wife, and a parent.

He has done some crazy stuff before but I don't believe he hit her she is just mad about not being able to get him in trouble for taking the car. GROW UP!! Ron needs to learn when people are setting him up for failure he needs ANGER MANAGEMENT before he gets put in jail for a long time!
