What a mess..........This talneted man thought he could defy the laws of the unirverse, well KARMA got him. We all waited thinking this man needs to speak up, and plaese don't let it be so.............Saying he was sorry as he did, didn't help at all. Why? Becasue he hid the truth to the every end, till his associates gave him up so they won't do time as long as they knew they would get in prison. Well, " Tell me who your friends are, and I'll tell you who you are"........I'm dissapointed in this young man......... I hope he has learned that not all you do can be excepted, becasue your a star QB.He was too. Great potentinal, which is not enough....Damn I'm dissapointed, but he's one man, not a whole race of people. I know it's not about race, but o yes it is, in America, yes it is.........always will be too.

This is a sad day in America when a Black man (M. Vick) can get 20 years for killing 6 dogs but G.W.Bush gets re-elected for killing 4 thousand troops. It is ignorant of you #7 steve to think that racism is not a part in this case. I do agree with you that what Vick did was stupid. Stop giving the White man the stick to crack you head with. The White man will have sympathy for his peeps when they commit a crime but none for you Black folks. Example: Mississippi a White man was caught stealing a loaf of bread,6 pack of beer,meats and cigarettes. He received no jail time. The judge stated that he stole to feed his family. The same judge gave a Black man 5 years for stealing one loaf of bread. The Black also had a family. #4 Stanley Sims please stop using the term race card. White America created that term to make us fill guilty when we pointed out their racism.

Being that this is Bro. Vicks 1st time getting in trouble [i.e. no previous rap sheet ] why isnt he being offered the Pre-Trial Intervention Program for first time offenders? Also why did the feds put a time limit on when he had to cop out? Hmmm.....maybe the law is different in the state thats prosecuting Bro. Vick and/ or maybe it is because he is Black. I sincerely hope that when young black men come into big money, that someone will help guide them along the right path. We, as a race have not had "big money" very long and need guidance. They need to look at this example and see that some "friends and family" need to step out of the way. Some of them mean these guys absolutely no good as witnessed in this case.
