Chris Henry's Not Really Grasping the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy

Chris HenryYou would think after having just been reinstated to the NFL after an eight-game suspension, Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry would be on his very best behavior.

Perhaps providing "we can still win" inspiration to his 2-6 team, helping the homeless, visiting sick children in the hospital, maybe even helping NBC with their whole "save the world, go green" endeavors.

Maybe.

Or he could get wild and feisty with a parking attendant.

[The attendant] Jason Baker, of Bellevue , told police that Henry became angry when asked to pay $5 for parking at Newport On The Levee, and he said the football player cursed him and asked if the driver knew who he was.

According to the complaint, Henry stood chest to chest with Baker and forced him to walk backward, before throwing a $5 bill to the ground saying, "You'd better pick that up, (expletive)." [...]

The attendant said he believed Henry intended to fight him before security arrived and the football player's friend pulled him away, and police said the pair fled in a vehicle across the Taylor Southgate Bridge toward Cincinnati .

The attendant said Henry and his friend walked past him on their way to the parking garage and warned him that he should hope never to see them again.

The police report mentions Henry argued loudly and said, "Don't you know who I am?"

Hmmm ... the words "hostile" and "on the fast track to another suspension" come to mind.
