
Did you ever wonder what kind of workouts Serena Williams is doing to help her keep in shape? The tennis star is sharing some of her custom made methods in two Nike Sport Music Workouts - Interval Run Workout and Spontaneous Speed Workout which are now available on iTunes.
Both workouts are 30 minutes long and feature Williams coaching you while you run, along with playing some of her favorite workout songs from Timbaland, Keyshia Cole, Mary J Blige, Eve, Black Eyed Peas, Kaci Brown and others.
With The Interval Run Serena coaches you through a sequence of running intervals developed with trainer Jay Blahnik. It starts with a warm-up and then tackles three fast-paced "hustles", which are each followed by a recovery period that allows you to catch your breath and get ready for the next burst.
The Spontaneous Speed Workout is unpredictable as Serena coaches you through a series of high-intensity speed bursts, which can be as short as 30 seconds or as long as two minutes. That is what's needed. I used to workout on the WALL
3or4 times a week and no shorter than an hour, it really sharpens up your game, hopefully I'll be hitting some soon. Thanks Serena, damn good IDEA.

That's very good idea. I think many would love to be as toned as Serena is. I would like to be that toned but a little less thick. That girl has set some styles on the court. Now she's doing it with her workouts. You go girl.

In the photo above, why isn't her body (Serena's)being shown? If she were some 'grafted' sexy white female, they'd show her bending-over to make her look butt-supplied.
Don't hate, Western media. Blackwomen do have bodies that are great. This is why more and more white females are learning the trait of working that tail out.
Real men like and adore big-butts and "20-inch thighs," while the more penilely insecure run from such full-figured women, only to become pedophiles--knowing they lack the backbone and "mojo" to tackle the task of...conquering "Berthas."
