Serena Williams Connects With Nike to Offer 30-Minute Workouts

Did you ever wonder what kind of workouts Serena Williams is doing to help her keep in shape? The tennis star is sharing some of her custom made methods in two Nike Sport Music Workouts - Interval Run Workout and Spontaneous Speed Workout which are now available on iTunes.

Both workouts are 30 minutes long and feature Williams coaching you while you run, along with playing some of her favorite workout songs from Timbaland, Keyshia Cole, Mary J Blige, Eve, Black Eyed Peas, Kaci Brown and others.


With The Interval Run Serena coaches you through a sequence of running intervals developed with trainer Jay Blahnik. It starts with a warm-up and then tackles three fast-paced "hustles", which are each followed by a recovery period that allows you to catch your breath and get ready for the next burst.

The Spontaneous Speed Workout is unpredictable as Serena coaches you through a series of high-intensity speed bursts, which can be as short as 30 seconds or as long as two minutes.
