If you missed it, last week after the Washington Wizards beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 101-99 there was a bit of trash talking in the Wizards locker room. The Cavs have beaten the Wiz quite a bit the last several seasons, including in the playoffs, and Wiz shooting guard DeShawn Stevenson is pretty sick of it. During an interview with the Washington Post, LeBron's name kept coming up and Stevenson just spit it out:
"He's overrated," he told reporter Mike Lee. "And you can say I said that."
Whoa! Well, word got back to LeBron about what Stevenson said and King James pretty much laughed it off."With DeShawn Stevenson, it's kind of funny," James told the Cleveland Plains Dealer." It's almost like Jay-Z [responding to a negative comment] made by Soulja Boy. It doesn't make sense."
Ouch! Hopefully the Cavs and Wiz meet in the playoffs again this year and we can watch the sparks fly!

mmmm Seems like someone is jealous of all the attention being paid to LeBron. James can't carry the whole team by himself. Some of the other players will have to step up and make a name for themselves.

James is not over-rated. He can play the game well. It's not easy hitting long range three pointers on the regular. He comes up with some inspiring dunks also. The Wizards are team players until that Zero dude gets back from injury. Then it's his team. If Stevenson could do what James does every night that is when he will be taken seriously, He comes off the bench for energy purposes. He can't take over a game like James. And if you can't play good defense on Kobe and Melo on a regular basis like James does, Steveson's comments are unfounded. Could be a simple case of jealousy. James is in that Kobe space. There are times when they can not be checked or held.Stevenson is not in that rare air. James is getting the big head though. You can't drive 100 mph on the streets in the USA.

I'm a hard core Wizard/Bullets fan, adn I got respect for the game DeShawn brings to the floor, but I gotta say that he may have just put his foot in his mouth. LeBron IS the MAN! Before his career is over, he will surpass MJ as one of the most prolific basketball players in history. He makes other players better...the test of a true champion.

I didn't see the game but I've kept inthe know of what's happening in the sports via online, newspapers. I don't like it when people sit there and type behind a keyboard and talk sh!t. U ain't going to do sh!t so stop NOW! ..Also, as far as LeBron James goes he is over-rated and if he's not carefulhe will end up LIKE Kobe Bryant. so he needs to keep his EGO to a minimal. Also, like my elders have told me before you may be the baddest dog NOW, but somewhere out there their is a guy or girl BETTER than LB James. But for now just live it up cuase its comin to and end SOON.

I CANT STAND THIS KID SURE HES A GOOD B-BALL PLAYER BUT HES NOT THE BEST RIGHT NOW. SOME OF THE THINGS HE SAYS JUST SHOWS EVERYBODY HOW DUMB HE IS AND HOW HIS FAMILY THAT RAISED HIM HAVE NO CLASS HES OVER RATED THERE ARE PROBABLY ABOUT 5 TO 10 BETTER PLAYERS IN THE NBA THAT ARE BETTER THEN HE IS
