In true LeBron fashion, King James carried the Cavs on his back in Game 7, scoring 45 points. Yet also, as is typical in LeBron fashion, his monster game couldn't make up for the fact that he, um, plays for the Cleveland Caveliers.Instead Paul Pierce, who scored an equally spectacular (if not more because his team won) 41 points and the Boston Celtics will face the Pistons in the Eastern Conference Final. Game 1 tips off in Boston on Tuesday.
All this begs the question: What does LeBron James need to do to win a championship?

It's this simple: be ready and willing to run and share with Varejao.
Cleveland's offense should always run through LeBron; for the next three years at least. And this is assuming he's still with the Cavs going far forward.
LeBron's got to be able to charge fast and loose offensively, and attack on defense rather than just bend to better opponents' tendencies.
Every TV timeout is an opportunity to let Varejao get in and out of his best-when-aggressing groove.
The Cavs (if they want to keep LeBron) need to commit to a roster and a playing style that convinces other teams to fear what could happen if the rest of the squad busts loose.

lebron is just not a player who makes others better. ever wonder why almost everyone who ends up on the cavs plays worse than before? he has the assists, but that doesn't mean he's making them better. he's simply hogging the ball and passing to people at the last moment expecting them to shoot. lebron is only hype so far. he needs to prove himself before he's labeled as a king.

He needs to call Jay-Z, and ask for help buying out his contract and go to the up and coming Nets. Him and a slashing point guard like Devin Harris, can possibly be like C. Paul and West....but in the East. So,Labron should say to Jay-Z," Money ain't a thang, especially knowing it's a hard knock life." Or just go to Dallas and team up with Dirk.Hmmmmm! That'll be dangerous

LeBron needs a Scottie Pippen on his team or a John Paxton or B.J Armstrong. I like the old Chicago Bulls so I like to compare. Please get my boy somebody who can shoot and play some defense

Well in my opinion lebron cant play any better than he allready is playing the fact of the matter is he has no help what so ever to score 45 points by yourself and your team still lose whats that showing the rest of the team isnt as committed to winning as him either they get lebron another shooter somebody to really help him win a championship then i'm going to be looking for lebron on another team soon one that has more possibility than the cavs

Personally I think Lebron James should get traded. He's to good of a player to be playing with a team that's not going anywhere anytime soon. Lebron has alot of Heart and he plays hard every game. He Deserves better much better.

I think Lebron is no doubtedly the best player for the cavs but I don't think that he should be running the plays. They should run the offense through Delonte West and let lebron come off of pick and rolls and catch about 80 oops a game. I mean if you put the ball somewhere near the rim and lebron is in the area you better duck and cover.

LeBron James is a phenom of a player, the potential "next Jordan" if you will. So evidently a lot of pointed fingers arise when his team is doing poorly. However, as hard as he has tried (and succeeded at times) he cannot carry the team forever. Sooner or later they'll just be that team with the All Star player, who makes it to the playoffs every year but doesn't get a championship. LeBron was in his fifth year, now it takes a while to get a chip but with the way things are looking now..by the time he gets one it will be close to time for him to retire. The Cavs need other weapons besides LeBron. Sure the East isn't as difficult as the West which makes playoffs appearances a breeze however, when it comes playoff time teams transform (i.e. the Spurs) and the real challenge comes, a challenge LeBron is always up for. He still needs desperate help, coming off of pick and rolls just to get double teamed (as seen in the Boston-Cleveland series) is not wise, he needs to have a number two, or two and three where he can dish it out and the shot is guaranteed. He can never be called a ball hog averaging basically 8 assists per game, and if he does hold on to the ball its b/c there aren't many other players to put faith in for a bucket. Kobe was the same way before his team was revamped with Pau. So i feel with the squad they have now Cavs won't win a chip, i wouldn't wanna see LeBron get traded tho, b/c he's like their Jordan. So I just think he needs a scottie pippen and a dennis rodman(Which he particularly had in Drew Gooden before he was traded). Another scorer is needed another area of focus, b/c with multiple weapons it will be hard to stop the Cavs' offense. Defensively the Cavs can use a bit of improvement however defense is near solid, they just struggle offensively. I am Booster Bazel a HUMUNGOID LEBRON RAYMONE JAMES FAN AND THIS HAS BEEN MY OPINION ON THE MATTER. THANK YOU GOODNIGHT
