Let the mixed martial arts fighting pundits celebrate: Kimbo Slice lost his first pro fight on Saturday night. The loss, however, came from a stand-in fighter. Slice was supposed to fight Ken Shamrock, but Shamrock was unable to fight due to a cut over his left eye he got while training. The stand-in, Seth Petruzelli, stepped in and defeated Slice in about 14 seconds.
When the fight began Slice aggressively went after Petruzelli. But in the commotion, Petruzelli caught Slice on the jaw with his right hand, stunning him to the ground. As soon as Slice hit the ground, Petruzelli pounced on him and started reigning blows on Slice's head and face. The referee quickly stepped in and stopped the fight.
"It was an opportunity to step up," Petruzelli told ESPN after the fight. "This is something I wanted all my life."
"It's all good," added Slice, who fell to 3-1. "It was unexpected, but it's all good."
MMA critics have continually said that Slice is overrated and wouldn't be able to hang against a quality MMA opponent, There's no word on when Slice's next fight will be, but the expected bout with Brett Rogers will be a little while down the road. Slice may end up fighting Shamrock next, but there hasn't been an announcement yet, but we're sure Slice will want a rematch with Petruzelli. See the Slice knockout after the jump:

lol@the spook...umm actually,Elite XC just officially ended earlier this week, they announced it on ESPN,yet another reason you can say this fight was fixed. Elite XC was that desparate for money/ratings,and apparently,Kimbo was desparate enough for the money. But the main reason you know this fight is fixed is because of what John Doe said. Kimbo took bare knuckle punches from men bigger than him and maybe stronger. Then he goes against some clown 30lbs lighter than him and gets knocked down by a weak right? lol I don't care how hard kimbo dips into that (he barely dipped into it) weak right,it's not hurting him that much. Kimbo's no joke,in a one on one with that clown straight up,he'd kill that boy lol. And he'd still wreck most other heavyweights....but at the end of the day,it's almost always about the power of the almighty dollar.

Kimbo Slice is a fake, he never fights anybody good.... put him in the ring with any UFC fighter and he will get his ass handed to him. He's a publicity stunt and nothing more.

ok kimbo can take the biggest beating and be ok after that so there is no way this dude tickles his chin and drops kimbo it cant be done.
the only way anyone will beat kimbo is if they submit him sorry to say that his wrestling and ground game sux well if it was fixed then wwe got to ufc and now there is nothing good to watch.
forest griffin is still the most hard core person around

I just watched the video about 50 times. i think this was a one way fix from the kimbo camp. i don't think Petruzelli had a clue. Notice kimbo land on his arms, and not do a face plant, notice the off balance punch from Petruzelli (no power), also most of the follow up blow miss completely or just glance the body or back of kimbos head, and anyone who has been in a fight knows back of the head shots don't do anything, especially when they don't hit clean.
Kimbo talks about the money being #1, and it's not like he won't get to fight again for loosing.
