Knicks' center Eddy Curry has been spending most of the year on the bench nursing knee injuries, having only played 2 minutes and 38 seconds so far this season. But according to a lawsuit brought on by his former driver, Curry has been busy giving him hell. David Kuchinsky was Curry's chauffer from October 2005 to 2006 and is suing him for sexual harassment, claiming that the 6'11" baller tried to solicit gay sex from him.According to the New York Post, Curry allegedly approached Kuchinsky "in the nude," allegedly telling him, "Look at me, Dave, look" and "Come and touch it, Dave."
The suit also claims that Curry made Kuchinsky perform "humiliating tasks outside the scope of his employment, such as cleaning up and removing dirty towels [Curry had ejaculated into] so that his wife would not see them."
Kuchinsky also said that Curry constantly called him "f---ing Jew," "cracker," "white slave," "white devil" and "grandmaster of the KKK." The suit also claims that Curry pointed a loaded gun at Kuchinsky's head to keep him from complaining about the way he was treated.
Kuchinsky is seeking $98,000 in compensatory damages and says that he's owed $68,000 in wages plus $25,000 in expenses which Curry never repaid. Curry is making $9.4 million this season... for sitting on the bench. Curry hasn't commented on the suit, but his lawyer says all of the claims are untrue.

If it were true the driver should have quit a long time ago. Wouldn't any one quit their job under these same circumstances? Give me a break! Opportunists are opportunists. Anyone who keeps a job just to get paid under such conditions is an opportunist free and clear! So sad! National stars and the wealthy are just marks! IMO

Even if Kuchinsky's charges are true, how is he going to convince a judge or jury that he was a 'victim', when he CHOSE to work under those conditions for a year.

If he were a true opportunist he would be suing for millions.
Sometimes people stay in a situation because they make excuses for the people that they feel are in control of them.
From what you guys are saying, basically a rape victim or an abused victim is the one that should always be labeled as being wrong for not telling about a situation that happened years ago.
I am speaking from my own point of view because I was a sexual assault victim because of my male cousins.
Also, it is a known fact that a lot of "brothers" are on the down low anyway especially in the music entertainment industry and sports industry. So, I'll wait for more facts but even if you believed that this man is lying remember that there is always some truth in a lie.

I believe the driver. I work in the media covering sports, and saw top athletes who were into men and boys and use women as window dressing, usually white and asian women. They bring them to parties offer up booze, drugs and in some cases drug them and go off and have sex with men or they have group sex with intoxicated women while they are being sexual with men. Football players are the worst.

I believe the driver as well. As a matter of fact, in the news posted today, Mr. Curry's ex-girlfriend and her little girl was shot to death. Seems odd that Curry's little boy was unharmed. Sounds a little fishy to me considering his behavior here lately. WOW. I think he needs to be under investigation. KJ

I think that it is an uncanny coincidence that eddy curry's ex-girlfriend and her infant were killed and Jennifer Hudson's mother and nephew were also killed. both families are black. I don't believe Mr. Curry had anything to do with it but I do belive there may be a serial killer in Chicago targeting black celebrities and their families. Who knows! With Barack Obama being elected President, I don't put anything past these racist.
