It's been almost two years since New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush and Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian publicly came out as a couple. And of course after a couple has been together awhile, the media start coming out asking if there are wedding bells coming soon. Kardashian said yes, but not anytime soon.
"So many people rush into it and it's all this pressure because they see we've been together for a while," Kardashian told PEOPLE at last weekend's Race to Erase MS gala in Los Angeles. "But, we're heading there. When we're ready, we'll know. I mean I think that it's in our future. We've been together two years but we are taking our time and I think hopefully this one will last because of that. We're just totally dating and normal and happy and there's no rush."
And if the two do jump the broom, it doesn't appear that Reggie will have any mother-in-law
issues. Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian's mother, has nothing but love for her future son-in-law.
"I think he has a lot of respect for Kim and he loves her so much, you can just see it," she told PEOPLE. "He's just a really nice guy and when you date somebody in our family it's like you kind of date the whole family and he really fits in well."
In the meantime, let's hope Bush can help turn around a New Orleans Saints team that went 8-8 last season.

Don't do it Reggie!!! "You can't make a Ho' a Housewife"! Even if you thought about marrying this woman and raising a family, do you really want your kids to one day surf the internet and see mom screwing Ray-J? Kim is an oportunist, her very exsistance requires her to screw any man that can get her to the next level(which is her right to do). But, to put this woman in a WHITE wedding dress will be a complete mockery of marriage. If you want to marry someone exactly like Kim, that won't give you any stress, is always dependable, and will be much cleaner. May I suggest......a Toliet Seat!!

oh, please...she's a knockout young beauty, he's more handsome than the law allows, money is not an issue on either side and they've been happy together longer than my parents were and probably yours, too;
atop that, they have the very good sense to keep their private life to themselves, which means the kids will be well-adjusted (think about two in the White House right now), and are going one day at a time while keeping the romance at a fever pitch every step of the way;
just cuz the girl has a little experience doesn't mean she's Pammy Sue Anderson or Paris Hilton--do you think just because he plays in New Orleans Reggie's always been a saint..coming from the University of Spoilt Children?
grow up, and maybe you will find your own Kim..it is clear you're jealous, and that's the response of a child--i know, i've done it, too;

I agree with you totally kcn9971. Good advice for Reggie. Years down the line when he's having to give her half of his earnings and everything he owns with her already in another relationship, like so many of the others, he will appreciate the advice.

Dreameagle - Apparently you have not been watching "Keeping Up With...." The status of Kim and Reggie and any prospect of marrying don't square with her dysfunctional family dynamics. Her mother won't tolerate Kim being married to someone she can't control, like she does the members of her family. Kim's mother is a stage mother! Anything that does not involve her or put her at the center is forbidden. Kim doesn't show any signs of being able to put Reggie high on her list of priorities ( She had to be TOLD that it was wrong to cancel attending his first game because she had an offer to "do something important for her career"? Then, there is poor Bruce as an example of how not to include your husband in your FAMILY circle, how not to have
a partnership/relationship. They are STILL the wife and daughter of Kardasian; nothing will change that! I'd like to know what Reggie's family thinks will happen. "No time soon" means
Kim isn't interested in adjusting her life to mesh with Reggie's, having holidays with him and his family, having babies, shopping for groceries,etc. PS - Don't be so sure that they are EQUAL financially! It's too bad that he's the only one in love.

I don't care if they get married or not. I just would like to see more black atheles marry beautiful black women. It seems to me that when some of these black athletes become wealthy, a sista is no longer worthy of them anymore. It's sad really.

T, I totally agree with you. I guess Reggie had unsuccessful relationships in the past with black woman and just gave up on sistas? I do agree with someone who made the comment about the whole Kardashian family being dysfunctional. I can't stand that show, all of them cuss at each other and the mother and daughters have no respect for themselves or others. HOW SAD! They all act like IMMATURE SPOILED BRATS! They all need to grow the HELL UP! I don't understand how can Reggie hook up with somebody like that? Their distant relationship is a JOKE. The Kardashian's show is a big AZZ JOKE! Kim wanted to look like a sista so she had butt implants and breast implants to please Reggie. You know darn good and well that Reggie is probably doin his on thing and is ok with this distance relationship. All I can say is, "That's on him" if he wants to marry her.
