Despite her blowup at the U.S. Open a couple of weeks ago, companies are still depending on Serena Williams to endorse their products. Instead of canceling its deals with the tennis star, Tampax moved forward with its ad campaign, which plays on Serena's on-court energy and passion (you know, the same emotions that caused her to lose her temper) against "mother nature"
The campaign will feature both print and TV ads with Serena pounding tennis balls at a poor white woman carrying a red box that represents a woman's menstrual cycle. Check out the commercial below:

I am and always have been a big Serena Williams fan. I try never to miss her or Venus when they play. I love the passion, atheleticism and power they exhibit when they play. But, the tampax commercial is tasteless and should be deep sixed. I am amazed at how badly marketing personnel can be when it comes to promoting black stars. This one is awful!

Such a stupid commerical gig...so with this; using Serenas' talent and monthly female issues will promote the OTHER woman to fame? Tampax can promote themselves if the string wasn't too short. Serenas' issues are like every other females...3-5 days and when it comes GO SERENA...red box or yellow ball, in yo' face \ mother nature is like an earthquake and roaring thunder. Tampax isn't the Gold/Medal so I doubt seriously if she uses the product. Me either. ENCOURAGE others - only at their own RISK.
WE LOVE SERENA!

oh, that's what was wrong? aaaayyy Serena it's your birthday, it's your birthday and you know we don't really care it's not your birthday. she's nude on a mag cover finely done as her nude breast cancer photo. she & her photographer are great giving nudity a new spectrum as far as i know.
