This week, Nashville, Tenn., police released an updated case summary on the murder-suicide of former NFL quarterback
Steve McNair and his mistress,
Sahel Kazemi. Police identified
Leah Ignagni as McNair's possible second girlfriend. Ignagni told police that she believed Kazemi had been following her in the weeks before McNair's death. According to Kazemi's roommate, Emily Andrews, Kazemi knew about Ignagni.
According to the
report:
Andrews said that Kazemi told her that [Kazemi] found a tampon in the bathroom wastebasket in the Lea Avenue condo, and on another occasion, saw a female leaving the condo.
Police are not saying that the relationship played a role in the incident.
The report also details the final days of McNair and Kazemi through text messages. Starting on July 3, Kazemi was texting McNair about how stressed she was and how she needed $2,000 to pay some bills. McNair confirmed to Kazemi that he transferred the money to her account.
Later that night, McNair texted Kazemi that after his kids went to sleep, he would head over to the condo they shared. At 12:52 a.m., McNair's last text message was "No, open the front door," and Kazemi responded at 1:14 a.m., "It's open."
McNair's and Kazemi's bodies were discovered on July 4 around 1:30 p.m.

McNair was married. Cheating on his wife and four kids, means he was not a hero. Don't treat him like one. Great Quarterback, but bad father and husband. Let that be a lesson to all yoy PLAYAZZ

I hope Mcnair's mother would file an order for them to stop releasing any other details about his murder to the press, he had affairs and his dead already, let it go. His family needs some RESPECT and CLOSURE with having lost him already. If he were WHITE he would not be exploited like this before or after his death. JUST LET IT GO. The man is gone.

It's not because he's Black, it'd be the same no matter what was his race. It's news, no morw, no less. He was a man doing what men do. He just paid the ultimate price when he got caught.

McNair is a loser, should have been spending time with his children instead of chasing loser women all over the country

John, that was really insensitive. Regardless of what he was doing when he died no one deserves to die. Steve was a rich football player who probably had his pick of women. Now be real with yourself, if these young pretty women were throwing themselves at you, I doubt that you would turn them down. Probably have cheated a time or two yourself. You just didn't hook up with a mentally unstable women. He who is without sin, well you know the rest. Stop judging. Rest in Peace Steve.

Hook up? Sleeping with other women while you are married is one thing, but giving the other woman money and telling her you love her is another thing. He Phucked up treating his side piece like his wife. What did he think was gonna happen? People need to stop telling people they are cheating with that they are gonna leave their wife or husband when they know they are not. While you are busy lying to everybody, you don't really know how much somebody love or think they do.He sat himself up for failure! He should have had his azz at home with his family. These are very troubled times, and it is important to keep it real with people.People are not that emotionally well these days.
