"It's gettin' hot in herre" and Dwyane Wade's estranged wife, Siohvaughn (pictured below), has turned up the heat! Apparently the soon-to-be ex-missus is allegedly peeved at Wade's girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union (pictured above) for not exercising discretion in front of the couple's two young sons and inflicting them with emotional distress during the divorce proceedings. The angry spouse is also hitting Union with another lawsuit, where she is seeking damages for breaking up her marriage to the former NBA championship and gold medal winner.
Siohvaughn claims, the actress "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of her small sons, ages 2 and 8, while on an unsupervised visitation to the basketball star's Miami home, according to a suit filed Tuesday in Cook County Circuit Court. The suit makes mention of how the battling couple's oldest son was left unsupervised in and around the pool at night at Wade's home. The legal papers detail how the younger son almost drowned while under Wade's "watchful eye." There is also an account of how Union drove the boys to a park and placed the oldest child in the front seat of the vehicle.
The lawsuit alleges that the couple's oldest child has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety, has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches and is generally anxious to the point of "significant" hair loss, causing bald spots. It also notes that the boy is currently seeking court-mandated mental evaluations at the University of Chicago.
Wade and Siohvaughn's marital breakup has certainly been fodder for the tabloids. Accusations of affairs, STDs, abuse, neglect, mental cruelty, abandonment...the nasty allegations seem endless. The couple have known each other since they were 15-year-old high schoolers, they dated exclusively, lived together during college and married in 2002. Can you say..."no pre-nup?"
Reportedly Siohvaughn and her sons are seeking $50,000 from Union at an upcoming trial.

The marriage was over before Gabrielle came along. Why don't women understand this? You can't blame someone for ruining your marriage, the guilt lies solely with the married couple. That marriage was over (though not legally) before Gabrielle entered the picture. Just take your dignity and move on Ms. Siovaugn.

The wife in this sittuation will not go quietly and their relationship will be toxic for years. It is a shame that they have to put the kids through this hellish nightmare.

You women will circle a dying marriage like vultures. You should be ashamed! Let folks break-up or divorce before you start sinking your teeth into the mess!!!!!

We really don't know how long Gabrielle was creeping with him; could be that Dwayne & his wife were having problems when he starts dipping with Gabrielle & the wife might've thought they were going to work it out.
It's alot easier to move on when there's a 3rd party in the picture. Just because their marriage was in trouble doesnt give the man the green light to go hook up with someone else.
I'm glad Gabrielle Union is being put on blast; she decided to insert herself into this situation by agreeing to knowingly date a married man with small children in tow just because they were having problems.
Any married woman knows marriages go through bad patches; let's see how you'd feel knowing your husband started dating someone else just because of it.

@ Dee and @ god72father Your comments are so true, the ones truly hurt the most are the children. Hopefully this toxic relationship will heal soon and this broken family can, in some way, be mended for the good of all involved (esp. the children).

The marriage isn't over until the divorce is final. Even if he didn't care for her anymore, he could have shown a little respect by not "dating" while he was still legally married.
I am not saying that Mrs Wade doesn't have her faults, but dayum, couldn't he have waited until the ink was dry on the divorce papers before parading another woman in her face and in front of their children?
When I was on the dating scene, terms like 'legally separated' and 'going through a divorce' were deal breakers for me, because I had that much respect for myself.
I think Mrs Wade has a legitimate lawsuit here, and this is not the first time this has happened.
But it is the first time for a celeb so she may be setting a precedent, and other celebs wives who think they have been disrespected will follow suit.

Just because a marriage is in trouble doesn't mean it’s okay to step in and start a relationship with a person. And one should be VERY careful when children are involved. A dignified woman would wait until the divorce is final and the custody issues were settled. Siohvaughn has every right to upset, and Gabrielle needs to ice her draws and back up. First of all, Gabrielle has a history of destroying families, so if I were Siohvaughn, I'd have to gut that tramp like a hog. And as for Gabrielle, she shouldn't get to comfortable; she was only the tool he used to get out of the marriage. When Dwayne gets totally free, he'll be slinging that thang from the windows to the wall. No one would get out of a marriage just to jump right into another serious relationship. Siohvaughn girl, hold your head up honey. You take that punk and his tramp for everything they got, wish they had, and ever will have. Let them two go off and be INFECTIOUS together.

IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE WIFE IS JEALOUS OF GABBY BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN PICTURES OF SERENA AND STAR WITH DWAYNE BUT FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON THE WIFE BELIEVES GABBY IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BREAK UP OF THE MARRIAGE.

I don't know if the marriage was over or not, but once your husband cheats then I say move on with your life. I don't know why women find it necessary to put people on blast, and mainly go after the woman the man is with. I am quite sure that Gabrielle wasn't the first woman he cheated with. He's a NBA star and there are women throwing themselves at basketball players all of the time.
Basketball player or not women need to place the blame where it belongs - with the man. He knows he is married so he should pump his brakes if a woman comes on to him.
I realize that Siohvaughn has been with this man since high school and she probably loves Dwayne as much as she loves herself. She stood by him through the bad and the good but she also knew what the pitfalls were going in. I'm not defending Dwayne Wade either. He should give her everything she asks for uncontested because she was there when he had nothing.
What Siohvaughn is doing is making matters worse not only for herself but for their children. She's talking about all these things that her son is experiencing and she doesn't realize that she is also adding fuel to the fire. Just get your divorce and move on with your life. Don't make your children suffer more by dragging their father and his girlfriend through the mud. I would never want my children to not love and respect their father even if he had made mistakes. The truth of it is we all make mistakes. We have to own up to them, and answer for them to our creator.
So what she's bitter and she got burned? You aren't the first woman to get your heart broken. Hold your head up high, get your divorce and move on with your life. When people get into all that nasty below-the-belt-hitting sh*t the people that suffer the most are the children. The children carry that pain for a life time especially because it is in the media. Siohvaughn stop what you are doing because you are not only poisioning the minds of your children against their father, but against you too. They will always remember what their mother did and how she turned their lives into a media circus. Quit while you're ahead. I counsel children and the things that parents do can scar their children for life.
