"It's gettin' hot in herre" and Dwyane Wade's estranged wife, Siohvaughn (pictured below), has turned up the heat! Apparently the soon-to-be ex-missus is allegedly peeved at Wade's girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union (pictured above) for not exercising discretion in front of the couple's two young sons and inflicting them with emotional distress during the divorce proceedings. The angry spouse is also hitting Union with another lawsuit, where she is seeking damages for breaking up her marriage to the former NBA championship and gold medal winner.

Siohvaughn claims, the actress "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of her small sons, ages 2 and 8, while on an unsupervised visitation to the basketball star's Miami home, according to a suit filed Tuesday in Cook County Circuit Court. The suit makes mention of how the battling couple's oldest son was left unsupervised in and around the pool at night at Wade's home. The legal papers detail how the younger son almost drowned while under Wade's "watchful eye." There is also an account of how Union drove the boys to a park and placed the oldest child in the front seat of the vehicle.
The lawsuit alleges that the couple's oldest child has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety, has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches and is generally anxious to the point of "significant" hair loss, causing bald spots. It also notes that the boy is currently seeking court-mandated mental evaluations at the University of Chicago.
Wade and Siohvaughn's marital breakup has certainly been fodder for the tabloids. Accusations of affairs, STDs, abuse, neglect, mental cruelty, abandonment...the nasty allegations seem endless. The couple have known each other since they were 15-year-old high schoolers, they dated exclusively, lived together during college and married in 2002. Can you say..."no pre-nup?"
Reportedly Siohvaughn and her sons are seeking $50,000 from Union at an upcoming trial.

I like Ms. Union, but this isn't the first time she has been involved with a married man. She needs to take some lessons on being a woman. A woman that a decent man would want to take home to meet his mother. She should take more pride in herself. She could have told Mr. Wade "Call me when you're divorced." This would have been the most respectful thing she could have done to show respect for his family and her family. A man appreciates a woman that will not disrespect herself, but represent "Character and Integrity." Instead Ms. Union stepped into a situation that involved two small children and a grieving wife. She has caused embarrassment to herself and Mr. Wade has totally disrespected his family. It never fails, when our black men become successful they seem to forget about the people who helped them along the way. His wife was there for him during and after he made the pros. It appears that Mr. Wade was willing to take the easy way out by giving up on his family. If he didn't have any money Ms. Union wouldn't be in the picture. These people only entertain people with money. Mr. Wade knows this, but he feel honored to be in her presence and vice versa. He knows that his wife of many years would still be there even if he had no money. It never fails!

One more thing, i should add, that he should have demonstrated "Character and Integrity" as well. It wasn't all Ms. Unions fault. We need to love each other and exercise respect. I still like Mr. Wade, and i do wish him and his ex-wife and their children great success.

Yeah...I agree if the marriage had been good...then Ms. Union wouldn't have been able to break them up even if she wanted.
And being with someone since the age of 15 is a very long time...perhaps he wanted to try something new? ...and if that's the case he may come running back to his wife...when he comes to his senses...

whatever you do to others ...you shall reap. men!!!, the pains you caused other ladies are waiting for you either you like it or not. I don't understand ...why single successful black lady goes after married man? If he cheated on his wife for your...of course ...yours is just around the corner. if you caused marital problems for tohers , someone beautiful, sexy, better in everything a man desires...than you is watching you too and would do the samething to you either you either you like it or not. I have no respect for those ladies wnet after married man!!!

what goes around comes back quickly. Miss union has boldly revealed to the world how she feels about the sanctity of marriage. We as woman should realize that if he (wade) does this to his family he will do it to you also. He may be enjoying the ride now but lets see how long he will trust you. your history preceeds itself. AIDS is raport in our race and sometimes payback is a dogg. We suffer for our choices. Miss Union you and the guy have proven to be a disappointment to me. We do pay for our SINS.

I just can't believe he's sticking with black women. Most of these athletic types want a white woman on their arms - slavery mentality at its best!
