B'ball superstar Dwyane Wade is "saddened" and "shocked" that his estranged wife, Siohvaughn, has made claims that he is damaging their children by engaging in sexual foreplay in front of them with his girlfriend, Gabrielle Union.
Wade, who is in the throes of a rather messy divorce, told TMZ:
"I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union." The Miami Heat guard went on to state, "I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."
The soon-to-be ex-missus has accused Union of also being neglectful with her sons and is seeking more than $50,000 in damages from her. Union's camp is outraged by the venomous allegations and has apologized to the court system for having to hash out such false claims:
"Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, for tying them up with erroneous claims, when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need. Each and every allegation made is entirely false," said C. Anthony Mulrain, an attorney for Union.
The divorce case has been scheduled for June, however, there is a motion in place to have the date pushed back to September.
Wade's lawyers have reportedly made several moves to settle with his wife's legal camp, but they have refused.
It's also possible that the court could rule on Wade's custody plea before the divorce case goes to trial or is settled.
Meanwhile, there are other huge fish to fry. Wade has to deal with a few other legal entanglements that involve failed businesses. He will also opt out of the final year of his contract with the Heat and become a free agent July 1. He tells NBA News, "It's going to be a very busy summer, challenging summer and important summer for my life off the court and on the court," Wade said last week. "I have big decisions ahead of me. It's not easy."
On the flip side, Siohvaughn also has a little legal mess to clean up. Apparently, the young woman also recently filed a libel-slander lawsuit against former friend Andrea Williams, who claimed in a deposition that Siohvaughn bought a male lover, whom she'd an affair with from 2004 through 2007, a car and a motorcycle. It is alleged that Siohvaughn threatened to find a gun and shoot Wade and voluntarily entered an Illinois hospital to deal with her anger-related issues.
To make matters worse, Siohvaughn also lost her divorce legal reps, Nottage and Ward LLP, in Chicago due to "an impasse" and "irreconcilable differences" between them all.

They are both asking for the worst curse ever to be put on them. When their are childre involved in the matter, you really need to reun as far away as possible. Ask Brittany Spears. She got cursed with a curse.

Let go, I would not, It is easy for people to put it on the mother, They do not think about the kids. The kids are affected more. The wife life has changed, so have the children. The children need to have their voice heard, you say let go.. what do you tell the kids let go. When he walked out, he left the kids too, the weekend visits is not parenting. once or twice a month visits, it is not the same. The family if over, there was a marriage there, and legal document. Dwyane Wade is not a man, Don't bring your husband around Gabrielle Union. i will never support those two again....

DIVORCE IS ALWAyS MESSY,but misconscrewed,if Mrs Union was into Mr Wade why would she start with his kind if Mrs Wade would calm down she could see the clear picture no matter how things turn out at the end of the day shes still Mrs Wade(mother of his children,FORMER lover that had him more than once)its hard looking at their relationship when you see what has happen to them!Mr and Mrs Wade can we move on,are you threw the public should be!

Exactly to everyone that spoke up for the soon to be ex-wife Whatever happened to find your own man and leave others alone until they are single. Then on the other hand if a man or woman is getting a divoice and have or have not children it is very hard and stressful and you may try anything to keep someone if you really love them and it your actions will seen strange to someone else who is not going thru it. At some time or another the Wades got along they have children. DW really should stop labeling the ex before she show him crazy for real I know I would. The kids may be telling the truth to their mom what do you think? At this point Siohvaughn actions are damaging her credibility on anything she says or do from this point on.... Siohvaughn went the normal "basketball wives" divorce route, she served-up the papers (an indication she's endin the marriage), She manipulated or ignitiated the (man controlling) court process to take in regards child support,spousal support and property division.... All routine except in todays BW's demand for "social level" husbands, Dwyane not supposed endure the divorce process with a talented,beautiful,independent,strong supporting,FAMOUS,BW... She could care "squat" about Dwyane.., Siohvaughn went the "ballers wives" divorce route Dwyane was last months tampon, Chewed up gum spitted out and finacially controlled by the courts... It's just that Gabrielle CAN'T have him... Who cares after (two) years whether the divorce papers have cooled off or not, It's been (two) freakin years...That "law suit" against Gabrielle was very symbolic... Ms.Union has "NOTHING" to gain but a relationship and she's been true to that....(A strong woman)...

I think Dwade should've waited until he was divorced. I believe it confuses the kids seeing him with someone else. I also think it hurts them to see their mother so angry. I think that his wife is so upset that she has made false accusations against him. My real problem is with these damn atheletes. I don't understand how you ride and die with these women when you wasn't sh%% and once you make it, it's time to upgrade...so to speak. I don't believe Ms. Union is the right person for this guy. I do remember the rumor was that she LOVES other peoples money.

These famous fools all do the same thing! Get involved with these married men and somehow think they are the one. It won't last long before these men are off with someone else and they are in the same position as these ex wives.Just give them a few years and we'll be reading about Gabby, Alicia and so on....!!
