Former heavyweight boxing champ Mike Tyson, who had been living large for years, recently admitted that he is absolutely penniless.
Unfortunately, Tyson has lived a financially reckless life, with fast, expensive cars; booze aplenty; drug dabbling; supporting hanger-ons; and mindless spending. He filed for bankruptcy seven years ago and is still reeling from its effects.
The famed boxer was recently interviewed on ABC-TV 'The View' and assured the panel of celebrity hosts that he has permanently buried the demons that once controlled his life.
Tyson, who was convicted and imprisoned for rape, has been married three times and has six children from various past relationships. Now, Tyson admits to solely concentrating on his true love, wife Lakiha "Kiki" Spicer (pictured below right) and his family.
When 'The View' co-host Joy Behar asked Iron Mike whether he had any money left in the bank at all, he responded, "No, I'm totally destituted and broke. I had a lot of fun. It [going broke] just happened. But I'm very grateful. I have an awesome life, awesome wife and awesome kids. I don't deserve to have the wife that I have; I don't deserve the kids that I have, but I do, and I'm very grateful." The 43-year-old said that he had to tear himself down to build himself up. Now he says he's in a good place, which is why he agreed to do an 'Animal Planet' reality show that follows him as he raises and races pigeons in his hometown of Brooklyn.
The show is set to air next year.

Tictoc,
We are having a intelegent conversation, therefore go back in the hell-hole that you belong. You damn degenerate and no-good-for-nothing-fool! It is best that you keep our beloved Minister Farrakhan name out of you mouth. You don't have any idea of who you are dealing with fool. Please don't misrepresent the true essences of Minister Farrakhan hard work and spiritual accomplishments. Please take your demonization of others elsewhere and ask the Lord for understanding and forgiveness. The hatred that you systematically impose towards others, shows that you are lost for a lack of knowldge and need to repent and take the speck out of your own eye. We all make mistakes and shouldn't be demonized for our short comings. The racist overtone in America and around the world, must stop and shouldn't be tolorated in this time and era. If you or anyone else can't be respectful, take your inconsiderate ass elsewhere! I hope and pray that my brother Mike learn from his mistakes. We need to start respecting each other and help those who can't help themselves.

I think Mike should persue a career in being a boxer trainer or promoter. Boxing is something that Tyson's knows inside out, why not pass on some of those skills you have, and implement some new things that could help boxers in the future. If I was a up coming boxer, I would jump at the chance to be trained by Mike Tyson, one of the best boxer's in the world.

You are a total idiot. He earned at least one hundred million dollar in his life. It is purely his fault that he is penniless. Most people don't earn the fraction of what he did and still have more money than this dumb ass. He probably earned more than Lewis and have a look. Lewis is still a millionaire while this one is totally broke. You can't protect lucky people from themselves! He deserves where he is and he knows that. To his credit at least he admits that instead of blaming others.
