The battling Wades, Dwyane and
Siohvaughn, have graced the front pages of the tabloids for some time now. The back-and-forth mudslinging brawls have kept us sideliners peeled to see what shenanigans the former couple comes up with next. So what's the latest in the Wade saga? Well, another one bites the dust! Another lawyer, that is.
TMZ is reporting that Siohvaughn and her ninth lawyer have parted ways. Allegedly, Marsha Fisher filed an emergency motion in a Cook County, Ill., court requesting that she be withdrawn from further representing the might-never-be-the-ex Mrs. Wade from her ongoing contentious divorce battle.
All of Siohvaughn's legal eagles have flown the coup except for one.
The mom of two has certainly had her share of legal woes over the past few weeks. Only two weeks ago, the estranged wife blew off a court date and was arrested. She has also been accused of not complying with several court orders. A Cook County Circuit judge even stated in an exasperating manner that she was tired of Siohvaughn's pattern of behavior throughout the proceedings: "When things don't go according to Mrs. Wade's way, all of a sudden the phone's turned off," the judge said.
Dwyane's attorney, James Pritikin, has referred to Siohvaughn in court documents as "unstable, dishonest and unbalanced," and that more time with her "would seriously endanger the minor children's physical, mental, moral and emotional health."
Until the next go round of antics and a possible new attorney for Siohvaughn. The couple's custody hearing is set for summer.

Clearly this situation has taken a toll on Siohvaugn's mental health. Dwayne Wade did not help matters because he flaunted his fling(s) in his wife's face and to the world. She is feeling the type of loss and pain that I hope to never experience. The last straw would be if she lost custody of her children. I pray that this divorce does not end in tragedy.

I agree, but the courts are apparently over-looking that fact eventhough he's in the media frequently. She should get Gloria Alred (I think that's her name) the one who is repping Tiger's mistresses, and call it a day!
She' been w/ him since they were 15, I am sure she is having a hard time dealing with this. I pray her strength.

Siohvaughn is no angel in this case so why is everybody making her out to be one? She did her dirt too and karma returned in full force. It seems she wasn't playing with a full deck of cards to begin with and now she has gone totally bonkers. Nine divorce lawyers, are you kidding me??? Siohvaughn girl get yourself together. Stop this foolishness and end this divorce and bow out gracefully. The more attention you draw to yourself the more desperate and stupid you look. There are kids in the middle of this you know.

Whatever happen to just labeling a person as crazy? I think his ex-wife always some type of imbalance, but she had never taken the steps to help herself.

@ Blair & Sheryl....I hate to break it to you but she cheated on him for years buying her boyfriend expensive gifts (all proven in court). Just because they were high school sweethearts does not mean they should be together forever, maybe if she did not cheat on him the marriage would've survived.
She has mental issues, this is her pattern whenever they are close to an agreement or the judge appears to put her foot down she ALWAYS get rid of her attorney. Their divorce could be final with only custody to settle but he did not want that as it would give her too much control. She knew the judge was about to give custody of those boys to him, which is why she once again pulled this stunt.
She needs to let him go, give him the kids or however the judge decides then check herself into a mental hospital. She needs help.

I don't know the fine details of regarding the Wade's. To be honest, I wouldn't know anything about Dwayne Wade if it wasn't for his personal life being played out in the media.
Nevertheless, Mrs. Wade needs a mental health intervention and Dwayne Wade should've exercised better judgement. His wife has used his relationship w/Gabrielle against him. WHO haven't seen pictures of them together acting like he didn't have a VERY nasty divorce pending and a unbalanced wife? His children should not know their father is in a relationship w/Gabrielle or anyone else. Would it have killed him to be discreet?
I wouldn't even be commenting about these people if there weren't children involved. Again I am praying that this mess doesn't end in tragedy. I just have a bad vibe...

Why do people think just because they are clebritys with money they are in the wrong and the spouse dont do a thing and the celeb causes there individual the problem we dont no all that took place and to go through 9 lawyers is just crazy every marriage is not perfect and last forever there are so many times u can fight to stay but u get tired of doing that if things not changing. Missing court dates and not following court rules the judge should of been put her in her place.
