Tiger Woods Interviewed by Feds in Galea Probe

If you thought Tiger Woods was good at dodging golf irons, wait until you see how he dodges the Feds. In the midst of negotiations for a record divorce settlement with his ex-wife ($750 million for her and the promise that none of his skanks can come around the kids or talk about him publicly) comes questioning from federal authorities about a doctor known for distributing performance-enhancing drugs.Canadian doctor Anthony Galea has been accused of distributing a human-growth hormone. Woods previously acknowledged that he's been treated by him but insisted that he did not receive any performance-enhancing drugs:

"Tiger willingly spoke to the authorities and cooperated fully," Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, said in an e-mail. "It was confirmed that because he did nothing illegal, he is not the subject of any criminal investigation. Because there is an ongoing investigation involving others, there will be no further comment."

The New York Mets' Jose Reyes and Carlos Beltran are among the athletes who have said they've been contacted by federal investigators about Galea, who denies any wrongdoing.

In April, the New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez, who has admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs, met with three officials from Major League Baseball, saying he didn't receive performance-enhancing drugs from Galea. Redskins receiver Santana Moss, though, did receive performance-enhancing drugs from Galea.

If convicted of the U.S. smuggling charge, Galea could face up to 20 years in prison. The other charges carry maximum sentences of three and five years.

Even though Tiger isn't on trial here, it's just one more thing on his ever-filling plate.
