LeBron James' home in Akron, Ohio, definitely embodies the life of the rich and famous. According to an interview he did with Jimmy Kimmel, it has an ATM, a bowling alley, a barber shop, a casino and a Starbucks in it. I never knew someone could have a Starbucks in their own home, but then again, the company seems to have locations everywhere.
Since LeBron James is moving to Miami, though, he has to find a new home, and the residence that is said to have caught his eye is a $49.8 million mega-mansion, the most expensive house in Coral Gables, Fla. The home was owned, at one point, by former coach and current General Manager of the Miami Heat Pat Riley.
Life & Style Magazine is reporting that the deal is as good as done. The house was apparently taken off the market as soon as LeBron announced that he was coming to Miami, which observers say is no coincidence. The 20,800-square-foot house has a full gym, eight bedrooms, a full basketball court and a 12-camera security system, along with all the other bells and whistles you'd expect from a house that costs nearly $50 million. You can see some of the pictures below:

In light of the fact that LeBron's current contract with the Heat is worth $110 million, the home is certainly not out of his price range. Also, even though it is known that LeBron gave up roughly $30 million in order to sign with the same team as Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, he is likely going to make back most of this money in endorsements that come from playing for a better team in a larger market. It must feel good to be LeBron right about now!

To Dvine.....I could'nt have said any better. All of them are going broke!!!Get you a home in the gated community for millions less! 2 people living like that is just damn ridulous! I love what I see though... don't get me wrong. But people are not paying attention to ..if this happen...can this happen and when it happens! Not just him... the whites ... blacks, purple people... just all of them! What I would do with my money is travel my ass off and see what God has formed around this world. And help those that I believe fell off...that includes ..family and friends and lets not leave out the strangers!!They have to pay someone to keep the grounds up, clean it up and I see that none of THEM could their own food these days. See.... THE SKY HAVE EYES...ok!

How about something even cheaper than that and invest the rest in people. Like, yes, donate to some HBCUs but also create some programs to help single parents (like his) go back to school and get more education so that they can get better jobs and become better providers for their families. Help out with their housing and other needs....He came from a home that needed just that....I love LeBron on the courts, he should do something that will make us love him off the courts as well....

How about we just work hard, earn a living, and give it all away to people so they can get better jobs. Insane. The federal government gives money away for education, food, housing, etc. No other country provides as much FREE support as the US and you want someone who has devoted his life to building his career to give it away? How bout this? You go to school, get a job, then give whatever you earn to people even lazier than you?

Why don't you preach to basketball fans spending the trillions on their beloved sport about giving to others? You want Lebron to be the middle man? You just worry about yourself.

It's NOT LeBron job to support other people or it is the government. Get off your butt, hard work and make yourself a better life. Stop complaining and take charge of your own life.
