Undefeated former world boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. was sucker punched Thursday with eight criminal charges, four felonies and four misdemeanors that stem from a domestic violence dispute, involving his ex-girlfriend Josie Harris.
A criminal complaint filed in Clark County, Nevada, states that Mayweather hit Harris, threatened her life and said he would beat two of their three children during a pre-dawn dispute on September 9th.
Harris not only accused the welterweight of physical abuse and verbal threats, but she also claims, he stole her iPhone, which is valued at more than $300 during the incident.
The eight charges against Mayweather include two felony counts for coercion, one felony count of robbery and one for grand larceny, one misdemeanor domestic battery count and three for harassment. The coercion charges stem from threatening his own sons about what he would do if they called 9-1-1, which according to TMZ the boxer said he would beat their as**s if they called police and/or left the residence.
Mayweather remains free on $3,000 bail and will be arraigned on November 9th.
Richard Wright, Mayweather's attorney who has previously denied the allegations against his client, told the Associated Press he hadn't seen the new complaint and declined immediate comment.
If found guilty, Mayweather could face a maximum 30-plus years behind bars and fines in excess of $20,000.

Is sad that every a person gain fame,and a nice postion on this earth they makes mistakes. I hope that is not true' but now his gone pay alot money to get out of this. If he hit her he's wrong but at the same today law which are created to lock black folks up any how will go after him. white world never could stand a black person with more money than them. And he ran his mouth too in the U.S. White can't stand a loud mouth black with money so he will pay Millions of dollars to get out of this then hopefully he would have learned when fighting with the one you love run,run,run,run,. I agree with Heloris what can you expect from those atm baby mama they are all the same look at all the problems 50 cent has with his baby mama. All these women want is their 5 minutes in the spot light and a major payout. If, he would have physically abuse her she would have gone to the hospital. Those women need to grow the hell up.

first of all need to "report" the advertisements on these blogs. More importantly, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a Women's Rights" activist. The media almost never show the good a person does. I guess bad news sells. Let's remember when Canales was arrested charged and convicted for assaulting his wife. Mayweather spoke up for victim's of domestic violence and went on to dedicate his fight against Canales to Canalez' wife and other victim's of Domestic violence. Before the media allows us to jump to comclusions, we must remember a person is presumed innocent in the country.
