White Supremacist Faces Charges After Horrific Attack
Last week, Denver Broncos rookie cornerback Perrish Cox was arrested after police received a sexual assault complaint on Oct. 28. Although the specificity of the charges are sealed, the Denver Post is reporting that the charges are class-3 and class-4 felonies -- sex assault on a helpless victim and sex assault on a victim incapable of appraising her condition.
If convicted, Cox could be facing life in prison.
Cox is out on $50,000 bond, after briefly appearing in front of a judge for his arrest; he's still practicing and traveling with the team.
Although the name of the victim has not been released, the Denver Post is reporting that she is a local model who has appeared in several photo shoot for local magazines and Websites.
Neither Cox, his defense team or the victim has commented on the case. The Post, along with the Associated Press and the New York Times, is seeking to have the details of the case made public.

I dont believe it. A lot of women claim rape when its a professional athlete. The usually are lieing just looking to score a big payday

It is also very common among professional athletes to think they are entitled to whatever they want.So they just take it.

One word: Roethlisberger!! How come the "brothas" don't receive the same preferential treatment? Roethlisberger has been charged THREE TIMES!! Most recently a few months ago, he got a slap on the hand, and a "bad boy, don't do that again".
What does this have to do with race? some may ask?

Because he is Black, Black Americans are only 13% of the USA population, but over 40% in the penal systems. There is White justice and there Black Justice. The KKK now wear black robes as they sit on the bench in courts. However, egotistical Blacks think they can have any women they want, and don't like the word no. It is the hood mentality that too many Brothers get when they obtain overnight wealth and success.
Black Americans must realize that they cannot do what White Americans do, when they commit a crime.
Blacks don't vote, don't get involve in community programs, and most of them who have children don't attend the child schools or join he PTA.
There isn't enough of Black Law enforcment officers or school teachers, but plenty of black preachers, that most only preach about damnation, salvation and tithing.
And, what do you expect when you have our Black mothers rasing the families, babies having babies, and many no good black males not being a part of the children lives that they have sired.

it has nothin to do with race. people need to stop calling the race card. it was an entirely different situation than roethlisberger's. so dont judge anybody til u know all the facts. and u wont know all the facts, nobody will, except the victim and mr. perish cox

A helpless victim and sex assault on a victim incapable of appraising her condition?????? This would put every woman with one drink or two under such condition. This is not justice at its best; it is gender-biasness to its highest and corrupted degree. This case needs to be thrown out ASAP. Why have we allowed the devil to control our legal system? I believe he must have had some alcohol in his system as well, so he to is under the same mental and physical state as the woman. Lack of inhabition is an effect of alcohol.

I think a lot go on because people want money from a lot of the rich and fame people.You hear of this all the time.I pray the truth come out of that situation.He better pray and ask God to bring the truth to the light because he has all power.
