This issue proves why throughout the years that the players in the NFL are not the greedy ones, it is the owners. Each NFL team makes about $400 million in TV revenue, and this lockout is all about owners not wanting to split the money 50/50 by dividing up $100 million every season for current players, and the other $100 million for retired players' medical and retirement checks. I'd rather not see anymore NFL, before I see players take less money, while billionaire owners stack more millions on top of their billions.

When you play football you know its a high risk sport. Players have said it time and time again they wouldn't give it up for the world no matter how many hits they have to take. Now they want to whine about injuries. Try to bench a player and see him have a fit. Whats happening to them is part of the game they love.
